My scheduled IV ketamine appointment was cancelled at the last minute, and no same-day or next-day alternative was initially offered — only a slot a full week later. For a clinic treating serious psychiatric conditions, that kind of delay feels both unexpected and unprofessional. Patients deserve better triage and contingency planning when it comes to time-sensitive care.”
