“I felt really nervous starting Spravato, as anyone who begins their journey would. From The second I stepped in the lobby I knew I could be at ease. The staff has been so wonderfully supportive, calming and soothing. The space is warm and welcoming with state of the art headphones, tablets and little snacks to ward off the unpleasant taste of the medicine. I’m so grateful to have found this little gem tucked away in a small corner of New York, just a 30 minute drive from the Bronx. It’s a big step to approach a new therapy to combat depression which can be really difficult to treat. My intake went well and the staff was incredible in working with my Medicaid and Healthfirst insurances. I wasn’t sure if because it is a state program it was going to be covered or not.
